Privacy Policy

Public visitors can use the current coloring experience without creating an account. Coloryng also offers optional public email/password accounts so signed-in users can keep private cloud coloring progress. Coloryng does not currently provide a public contact form.

If you contact Coloryng by email, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and any context needed to respond.

Hosting, security, and application infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URLs, timestamps, and basic diagnostic data. This information helps deliver the website, protect the service, and troubleshoot operational issues.

Coloryng uses server-side logging for operational errors. The current logging design avoids storing passwords, tokens, cookies, authorization headers, database URLs, R2 credentials, or private object locators in application logs.

The public coloring editor runs in your browser. Coloring interactions, selected colors, reset state, and undo and redo history are handled locally. Undo and redo history is not persisted after you leave the editor.

Coloryng may save your current coloring progress in your browser's IndexedDB storage as a PNG image so you can continue later on the same browser and device. This saved progress is tied to the current artwork version, may be shown back to you across public Coloryng pages on that same browser, and may be cleared if the artwork changes or if you clear browser/site storage.

When you download a colored PNG, the image is generated from the browser canvas and downloaded through your browser. If you are signed in and save progress, the editor may upload a PNG of the current colored page directly to private Cloudflare R2 storage and store account-scoped progress metadata in PostgreSQL. Cloud progress is private to your account and is not published as a gallery, shared page, or public image URL.

Supabase authentication cookies are used for private admin access and for optional public account sessions. The public header checks account state in the browser after the page loads.

Coloring progress may be stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB. Signed-in users may also choose to sync compatible progress privately to their account. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Coloryng uses Vercel to host the Next.js application, Supabase for PostgreSQL and authentication, and Cloudflare R2 for image asset storage, public artwork delivery, and private account progress objects. These providers may process technical information as needed to provide their services.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to email, operating the website, maintaining security, and meeting practical recordkeeping needs.

Coloryng is a coloring website that may be used by families and children. The public coloring experience is designed to work without asking visitors to create accounts or submit unnecessary personal information.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of online services. If you believe a child provided personal information to Coloryng improperly, contact us at contact@coloryng.com so we can review the request.

Coloryng uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for the current service, including server-side admin authorization and separation of private storage credentials from browser code. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may choose not to email Coloryng or may use browser controls to limit cookies and storage. Signed-in users can delete private cloud progress from the account page. Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights regarding personal information. Contact us at contact@coloryng.com to make a privacy request.

Coloryng may be accessed from different countries. By using the site or contacting us, information may be processed in locations where Coloryng or its service providers operate.
